Priya Mehta, Dojo member, laughing with a towel around her shoulders after a morning swim

I came to lose weight.
I stayed because Wednesday mornings
became the only hour that’s mine.

6:00 AM — Before the world wakes

Still water.
Still mind.

The lap pool at 6 AM belongs to a particular kind of person. They arrive in the dark, they don't need music, and they leave before the changing room fills up. Shift workers finishing nights. Teachers front-loading their day. New parents who negotiated one hour of silence.

Eight lanes open from 5:30 AM, seven days a week. Reserved for members who need the quiet as much as the kilometres.

Empty lap pool at dawn with overhead lights reflected in still blue water, no swimmers yet
Packed spin class with coloured studio lighting, riders in silhouette, faces lit with energy
12:30 PM — The midday reset

Sixty minutes.
Full volume.

The midday spin class is its own kind of religion. The room is dark, the music is loud, and nobody here is thinking about their inbox. Faces lit by coloured studio light, breathing in unison, legs burning in a way that feels chosen rather than imposed.

Studio 2 runs back-to-back classes from 6 AM to 8 PM. Booking opens 7 days ahead — midday slots fill by Tuesday.

3:00 PM — The unhurried hour

One figure.
One mat.

Tuesday afternoons in the stretching studio: a single figure in pigeon pose on a cork mat, the room nearly empty, light falling at an angle that only exists between 3 and 4. This is the hour for people recovering — from injury, from a long pause, from the accumulated weight of a busy year.

Our physiotherapy-informed stretch classes run Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. No booking required. Towels provided. Just arrive.

Single person in pigeon yoga pose on a cork mat in an almost empty stretching studio, soft afternoon light
Sauna interior with amber wood tones, condensation on glass door, warm diffused light
8:00 PM — The evening wind-down

Amber light.
Nowhere to be.

The sauna fills slowly after 7 PM. Condensation on the glass, the low conversation of people who've earned this. Retirees who come as much for this hour as for the treadmill. Regulars who know each other's names and the names of each other's children. The gym doesn't end at the gym floor — it ends here.

Sauna, steam room, and cold plunge available to all members. Towels, robes, and complimentary herbal tea from 6 PM.

Every hour has a name here

Which hour is yours?

Five questions. A membership that fits the life you actually have, not the one you're planning to start on Monday.
